From ordering through to installation
Our Project Managers oversee the ordering, production, delivery and installation of your new windows/doors. You will be informed through each step of the process.
Order and Production
Once your order has been placed, the process is managed by our Customer Care team where you will receive an email notification once your order is processed with delivery and installation dates. The week before delivery, an email with delivery and installation start times is sent and you receive a phone call from the office to discuss storage.
Frame Delivery
Our delivery team are professional removalists who will store your frames safely in the designated area.
Frame deliveries usually take place on a Monday or Wednesday. The frames are stored stacked upright against a sturdy wall.
Glass Delivery
The glass units are delivered on the day of installation and are stored stacked upright against a wall. Glass is required to be stored on a padded surface such as timber, foam, rubber or cardboard and is not to be stored directly onto concrete.
Installation
Solace Creations offers replacement services for existing builds and installation of double glazing into new builds.
