Solace Creations understands that every home is different and has unique needs. That is why custom design is an integral part of our process. Our designers work closely with you or your architect to tailor each window and door in your home. We consider style, functionality, performance, and value.
In-Store Consultation
The first step of the process is to visit our showroom for an in-store consultation to learn about our products. We introduce you to the brands we supply, the colours, glass types and opening styles. Our team discuss with you your performance goals and style requirements and answer any questions you may have about double glazing or uPVC.
If you have your window and door sizes or building plans, you can bring these in to start the quoting process. Otherwise, we book in an appointment for our designer to meet you at your home to measure and design for a quotation
Home Consultation
During the home consultation, our designer measures each window and door in your home and creates a window/door schedule with custom-made designs. We consider the direction of the window/door faces, its operation, configuration, and the overall look of the home.
Our designers provide expert advice and answer any questions you have about the process as well as assist you in making selections on frame colours, glass types and opening styles.
Energy Ratings
Double-glazed uPVC has one of the best energy ratings available, as both of the frames and glass are insulated. We have the ability to upgrade glass types and opening styles suited to different applications and compliance requirements. We can easily meet 7 star energy rating requirements.
Check Measure
When you are ready to proceed with your proposal, our designer and installer will attend your home for a check measure. During the check measure, each window and door is assessed for size, design and final selections.
Our installer can answer questions about the install process and our designer will discuss the next steps with the order and elivery.
